Passengers aged more than 2 years old(children) will have designated seats on booking fare in above table.

SGA will not charge for passengers aged below 2 years (infants). Traveling with infant on lap is allowed with only one infant for one adult.

Airline reserves the right to change this schedule without prior notice.

1. Internet booking
Enter SGA website (www.sga.co.th) and follow these steps:

	Step 1. Flight Selection 1. Choose your ticket category for round or one way Trip 2. Choose your Departure and Destination towns 3. Enter your Departure and Return Dates 4. Enter the number of passengers 5. Click 'Search' button
	Step 2. Flight Selection A list of flight schedules with available fares and travel times will be displayed on the screen. Select your preferred flights and click on "Continue" button to go to next step.
	Step 3. Registration and Payment (Credit card payment) Verify your reservation and fare amount then enter passenger information, credit card information, and contact address. After that click on "Book Now" button to complete the process.
	Step 4. Confirmation You will receive your Booking Number. Please verify your reservation and payment. You may print your booking summary page for your records. All you will need for check-in is your "Booking Number" and our staff will have your information available. (At SGA we try to minimize our paper usage and encourage you to do the same. All you will need is your "Booking Number" for our staff to recall your booked journey) SGA Airlines is operating non-seat assigned flights.

On the travel date, check in with Booking Number and Photo ID or Passport (for a foreign passenger).

Remark : You can also choose to pay at 7-Eleven or ATM by getting thru steps explained in web pages.

2. Booking with : SGA Call Center


1.	Call 0-2664-6099 or +66-2664-6099 (08:30 a.m. - 05:30 p.m. Thailand time)
2.	Select your flight / Date and explain your Itinerary and Passenger details. (Payment with 'Credit Card' only).
3.	Once payment is completed, you will receive'Booking Number' from our staff. If you can provide your e-mail address, you will receive detailed confirmation sheet as well.
4.	On the travel date, Check-in with 'Booking Number' and present ID Card or Passport(for a foreign passenger)

Remark : SGA flights can also be booked through Nokair call center (1318) with Credit card or Cash payment at 7- Eleven and ATM payment

3. Booking at : SGA Airport Counters



1.	Visit SGA Airport counters. Select your flight / Date and explain your itinerary and passenger details to us.
2.	Choose to pay with 'Cash' and receive your change.
3.	Once payment is completed, you will receive'Booking Number' from our staff. If you can provide your e-mail address, you will receive detailed confirmation sheet as well.
4.	On the travel date, Check-in with 'Booking Number' and present ID Card or Passport (for a foreign passenger)

Remark: SGA flights can also be booked through all Nokair counters in Thailand : with Cash and Credit Card payment.

Passengers have to check in with Booking number and Photo ID or Passport (for a foreign passenger) within the minimum required time at each airport counter:

SGA Airlines does not guarantee that you will be able to board if you check in late.

Baggage allowance

Free Baggage allowance
You may transport free of charge checked baggage up to a maximum weight of 20 kg. subject to the conditions and limitations contained in our Terms and Conditions.

Excess Baggage
You are not entitled to transport baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance. If, in our absolute discretion, baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance is accepted for carriage, you shall pay a charge for the carriage of that excess baggage at the table rate.

Hand Baggage allowance
Hand baggage must not exceed 5 kg. per passenger.

Important note: Due to our short flight operation nature, all SGA routes are non-seat assigned flights

SGA Airlines uses e-ticket for all reference.No paper tickets are issued unless you wish to print confirmation sheet out as a reminder. Please save on paper and prevent trees from being cut-down unneccessarily. Your booking number is sufficient for us to retrieve your booked journey.

By completing the booking, a passenger has accepted SGA Airlines's terms and conditions. For the full version of this document, please visit our website (click at the end of home page) or ask our ground staffs at any airport counters for a free copy.

Cancellation / Refunds
Once the booking is completed and the itinerary is fixed, the booking can not be cancelled. The paid ticket is non-refundable.

Change of booking
Changes can be made through our Call Center (8:30 a.m.-17:30 p.m.: Thailand time) and SGA airport counters subject to the following conditions :

1.	“Flight Change”
	•	Through SGA Call Center (8:30 a.m.-17:30 p.m.). The flight change may be made up to 3 hours before the departure. There is no change fee, no charge for difference in fares, and unlimited number of flight change is allowed for 90 days from the first booking date. In case of passengers want to change after 90 days from the first booking date, making such change will be subject to change fee of Baht 535 (VAT included) per passenger per change plus (i) the difference of the fare between the moment of new booking and the moment of last previous flight and the new flight (if any) and (ii) service fee charge of Baht 85.60 (VAT included) per passenger per change. The payment according to this channel dues immediately at call, and must be made by credit card only. 	•	Through Airport Ticket Counter, the flight change may be made up to 3 hours before the departure. The change will be made free of charge and with unlimited number of flight change allowance for 90 days from the booking date. In case of passengers want to change after 90 days from the first booking date, making such change will be subject to change fee of Baht 535 (VAT included) per passenger per change plus the difference of the fare between the moment of new booking and the moment last previous flight and the new flight (if any) The payment according to this channel dues immediately at change, and must be made by credit card or cash.
	•	Flight Change cannot be made through SGA website.
2.	“Passenger Name Change”


		For Nok Flexi, passenger name is not allowed to be changed.
3.	“	Route Change” Route change is not allowed.

Children
Children aged two (2) years or above need to pay regular fares and will be assigned their own seats.

Infants
Infants aged less than two (2) years travel (on lap) for free.

Flight delays
If the flight is delayed more than three (3) hours, a passenger may choose to re-schedule the trip to any of our flights to the same destination within seven days. Alternatively, he may choose to be ground transferred or cancel the booking and receive a full refund. A claim form is available at our airport counters for ticket reimbursement.

Flight Cancellations
In the unlikely case that SGA is forced to cancel the flight, passengers will be re-accommodated on another SGA flight or be ground transferred to their destination. Passengers may also choose to get a full refund of the ticket in such case.

Delayed/Lost baggage
If the checked baggage cannot be returned to passengers on arrival, the passenger is asked to report to our counter immediately. Checked baggage that is not returned within 14 days after arrival is considered lost. SGA airlines pays THB 400 per kg of lost checked baggage with maximum of THB 2,000 per piece, regardless of the value of the content.

Dangerous goods
Any items classified in IATA's dangerous goods regulations are strictly prohibited from being carried on-board. Perishable goods (especially durian, frozen fish, seafood or items with irritating smell) are also prohibited. Pets are not allowed on-board.

Chartered flights & Group travel
Private chartered flights can fly you directly to any locations served by an airport or airstrip. Passengers decide when and where to fly in order to meet their own needs. Rather than having to wait for hours at a crowded terminal, you can choose to travel anywhere at your convenience. Flight paths can be planned along scenic coastlines, over surveyed sites for business purposes, etc. Flying altitude can be selected as you wish, commensurating with safety.
